Q: Is there any chance of an “on-line” demonstration sometime tomorrow afternoon?
A: Probably! We can demo at your desk, it only takes 15 minutes using screen sharing software
Q: Can you also confirm that the servers upon which our data will be stored are in the UK and that any backups are also in the UK?
A: All servers and backups are in the UK if you choose the ‘European ‘ hosting option. Other hosting locations are the USA and Hong King
Q: How do I upload my files to the dataroom
A: You can drag and drop an entire CD’s worth of data in one go.
Q: At the end of the deal do I get a copy of everything ?
A: You can download all your data at any time using drag and drop. We can provide a closing bible with 3 copies of the dataroom, audit trail and any Q&A.
Q: Has anyone tested your software (like a penetration test) ?
A: Plynt provide our application and infrastructure security testing several times a year (http://www.plynt.com/criteria/) We have also been tested by many institutions including Lloyds TSB, CMS CMCK, BT, Linklaters.
Q: What about Q&A - how does that work?
A: We provide full online Q&A, all questions and answers are managed online, and records of all correspondence kept for compliance.
Q: Can you prevent Print Screen ?
A: The short answer is no, no-one can totally prevent print screen. We can prevent windows PC’s from pressing print screen, but users in virtualised environments will be able to bypass any print screen restrictions.
