PROJECTFUSION for M&A
Rather than setting up a data room and flying bidders in to
complete due diligence, PROJECTFUSION lets you place all the
documents in a highly secure online environment. Bidders are
then given passwords and allowed to complete due diligence
process using a web browser over a secure internet connection.
1) Collect all deal documentation,
electronic and paper
2) Get paper documentation
scanned into electronic format (we can help arrange this for
you)
3) Upload the documentation
to your PROJECTFUSION dataroom (with drag and drop this is
easy & fast)
4) Allocate passwords and
access rights to bidders – the system will email these
details out
Once the dealroom is running, you have access to complete
audit trails to monitor bidder activity. Bidders can be added
and removed as the process continues. PROJECTFUSION staff
are available to help with any enquiries. Generally you will
be able to manage the entire deal yourself – helping
ensure sensitive documents are only exposed to the appropriate
parties.
