The PROJECTFUSION Secure View feature automatically protects all documents ( unless you turn it down, or off )

The save function is disabled, and the user is also unable to select and copy any text within the file. This means the user is prevented from making any kind of print or electronic copy of the file.

Printing may be turned on or off for groups of documents, or for different groups of people.

If printing is enabled, the printed documents are watermarked as well, to prevent accidental, or deliberate leaks.

Access to SecureView documents may be revoked at anytime - users will no longer be able to view the document.

Technical Note - SecureView files are held in client memory, and leave no cached footprint - the only way to get these files is with a username/password - access can be revoked at any time.
