Multiple project plans are billed monthly, on a 12 month contract, which auto renews every year unless cancelled.
Monthly contract available for 20% increase in cost.
External Read Only users cannot change content, but can ask questions for the Q&A modules.

Extras:
Extra space is £600 for 20Gb per year, or £2000 for 100Gb per year.

Projectfusion URL is like acme.projectfusion.com. Vanity URL will be your domain. Vanity URL adds £500/year unless included in plan.
Safedrop users are charged separately, and don’t count towards your user count.
24×7 emergency support included for all plans – if something isnt working we will fix it.
For other support 9am – 6pm business hours 3 minute support is included. Add 20% for full 24×7 support to the Teams plan and higher.

After 2 weeks you will need to pay a £100 deposit, this will be refunded from your first bill or when you close the room.
You can set up the deal, and prepare up to 10Gb of content, and have up to 5 manager users. When you add any non manager user, or a 6th manager user, you will need to choose a price plan.
On close you can download data yourself, or use our closing bible service.
There is no charge for 18 months. After this we may ask you to close the deal or choose a plan.
