Free start - no charges for up to 18 months

  1. Choose a single deal plan.
  2. Pay £49 deposit
  3. Invite your colleagues and start preparing your deal. 
 
You can keep the room at no charge for up to 12 months.
When you add any Consumer users*, we will start billing your plan, and will refund your £49 deposit.
You can downgrade your plan at any time, changes will take affect from the next billing cycle. 
Overage charges are £0.20 per extra Mb per month for the Teaser (small) deal, and £0.40 per extra Mb per month for the Big Deal.

When do I pay?

When you add any user that has a Consumer role (i.e. they cannot upload files, or change anything) then your deal is live, and we’ll start to charge you. It’ll be a monthly/quarterly bill, starting the day you go live.

A Consumer user is a user that is not a Manager, Contributor or Collaborator.

Can I freeze or hibernate a deal?

Yes. Remove all ‘read only’ users and email support@projectfusion.com. We’ll stop charging at your next billing period. 

Who does closing bibles and USBs?

You can do it yourself, or we’ll do it. We charge £50 for a digital closing bible sent online, or £100 per USB drive (including courier).

I can't pay by credit card!

We can only offer the “free till you need it” deal by credit card – however we can offer invoice billing for the unlimited plan, or all annual plans. We also offer invoice billing for advisory firms.

Do you do unlimited data room deals?

We sure do. For one fee you can have unlimited rooms, and also add things like our innovative eForms platform.
