The not so small print!
Extras:

• Extra storage – £100/month for 100MB on small deal
• Extra storage – £250/month for 1GB on big deal
• Extra storage – £400/month for 10GB on Unlimited
• Closing bibles start from £100 for USB/DVD or digitally signed internet delivery. Couriers included. £50 for digital download of all files, or free for DIY.
• Additional users £20 per user per month (only applies to plans that don’t have unlimited users).

Definitions

• Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance, any overages added to the next months bill.
• Credit card or direct debit only.
• Contract auto renews at the end of the month unless cancelled.
• Quarterly plans are billed 3 months in advance, any overages added to the next quarters bill.
• Contract auto renews at the end of the 3 month period for another 3 months unless cancelled.

• Multiple project plans are billed monthly, on a 12 month contract, which auto renews unless cancelled.
• Unlimited storage subject to fair use limit of 40GB. More storage available in Extras.
• Admin users can upload, edit, move and delete documents (Admins have either Manager or Collaborator permissions – see here for more info). 
• Read Only users cannot edit documents, but can ask questions for the Q&A modules (Read Only users have Consumer, Consumer PDF Print or Consumer View-Only permissions – see here for more info).
• Admin users can upload, edit, move and delete documents.
• Internal users are users with upload or edit permissions.
• VAT will be charged for UK businesses.
• Restricted users are users who cannot edit files.
• 24×7 emergency support included for all plans – if something isn’t working we will fix it.
