The data room copes well with the document size and complexity of a dossier and the search facility in particular enables those in the company less familiar with the CTD structure to access what they need.
The normal web browser access is well controlled and can be managed down to individual folder level which is essential when you operate in a virtual environment with many different suppliers accessing the data room or for use when due diligence is being conducted. The diligence can of course be done remotely saving much time and money. A useful feature is reporting of the data room access where all users’ usage can be monitored – particularly useful during a diligence process.
