Secure systems and processes
This is a proven system that has helped facilitate hundreds of secure file shares. We’re ISO27001 accredited, and have 10 years experience managing secure systems.
The highest levels of security are applied to all PROJECTFUSION servers, including regular 3rd party audits, IDS (Intrusion detection), regular nessus scans, regular software patching, staff screening, strict server access restrictions, and 128-bit SSL encryption for all data transfers.
Each client even gets their own server and their own firewall.
Choose our SecureView encrypted view to only allow onscreen viewing. Or convert any files automatically to watermarked PDF’s, complete with the users name, date and IP address.
Seeing their name at the top encourages people to take ownership of documents and their security. Customise the watermarks differently to reflect different document types.
Everything each user does is tracked in a tamperproof audit log. This brings peace of mind, and helps maintain compliance.
Turn it on and users have no idea that other users or sites exist.
Only 4 internal staff have the ability to access to your files, and they require your written permission to do this. All staff are screened to BS7858, and any data access is logged and audited by a 3rd party.
Secure data centres
All servers are hosted in UK ISO 27001 audited data centres with strong network security, and intrusion detection systems.
We don’t just delete files, we overwrite them, twice. At end of life the the disks and their magnetic platters are shredded – reduced to small fragments, from which data recovery would be impossible.
3rd Party Audits
Everything is scanned, penetration tested and security checked to the application level. With every major release to meet standard criteria, and a specific threat profile for online datarooms, as published by www.plynt.com/criteria/
Secure processes & people
We treat your data like it’s our own. Any handling of data is ruled by our ISO27001 compliant information labeling and handling procedure. We require your permission to view any files. Anybody found viewing client data without permission faces grave disciplinary action, and potential legal action.
