Can we do invoice billing?
Yes! Business plan and higher can be paid quarterly with a 30-day invoice.
What currencies do you bill in?
We have fixed prices in USD, Euro, and GBP. Other currencies are available on request.
Can I turn my single dataroom into a multi-dataroom package?
Yes.
What hosting options do I have?
Standard packages are multi-tenant hosting in US, EU, or UK. Single-tenant hosting is available in 27 locations, and you can also self-host.

What if I need more data?
Extra data is £150/GB/month. Click here to see details. Our largest off-the-shelf plan is 50GB. We can scale to libraries of up to 5 million files with multi-terabytes of data.
How can I get my data in from Box, SharePoint, hard drive, etc.?
We can get your data and folder structures imported from nearly anywhere. Up to 5Gb is a free service; over that, we’ll charge an hourly rate if you need help. Or do it yourself—our partner GoodSync can get data from nearly anywhere into Projectfusion.
Can I sign up for ProjectFusion with a gmail account ( yahoo, etc )?
- Sign up with an email address that matches your name
- We don’t allow role based email addresses for free accounts.
- We don’t allow free/trial accounts with freemail accounts (Hotmail, GMX, Gmail etc)
- Don’t use an email forwarding service.
- We just need to confirm that this was a genuine request (this is standard procedure with non work/company email addresses). If you’d prefer to continue with a free email account, please reply to this email to confirm you’re a human.
