If you are logging in for the first time, check to see if you have previously received an email invite containing your login details. There will be a unique link contained in the email which you can use to login and reset your password.
All future visits to the data room are done via the login page, which will be: https://DataRoomName.projectfusion.com, where DataRoomName will be the Projectfusion instance you are logging into (e.g. AcmeInc.projectfusion.com). If you’re not sure which instance you need, contact your site manager or the person who invited you to the data room. You can also check your original invite email which will contain this information.
If you forget your password, simply head to the login page and click Forgotten Username or Password?, enter the email address associated with your Projectfusion account and submit. If your password reset doesn’t arrive after several minutes please check your spam filter/folder, it might be there!
The email you receive will contain information on how to reset your password.
If you’ve already been sent an invitation but it hasn’t arrived yet, please double check your spam filters/folder in the likely event it is there. Follow the instructions in the email to gain access and set up a new password. However, if you’re unsure whether your invitation has been sent, please contact the site administrators directly. We are not legally able to provide these details to you, so please make all necessary enquiries through the usual channels at your disposal.
