First navigate to the dashboard of the site who’s terms and conditions you are changing:
1. Click the gear icon to open the menu
2. Select Edit Site Details
3. Enable the ‘On’ check box next to Terms
4. Enter the terms (the first box is a title appearing in large font at the top of the terms page & the second box is the actual terms to be displayed)
You can paste in terms from an app such as Word, and the formatting will be maintained. You can also add images to the terms – so for a personal touch you could say add a picture or signature.
The terms will then be displayed the first time a user accesses the site after logging in
