Making Changes To Your Billing Account Such As Changing Payment Details, Billing Address, Changing Your VAT Number, Changing Your Billing Account Password Or Cancelling A Subscription

First you’ll need to login to access your billing account. You can do this here:

(Note that the login details are separate to the ones you use to login to your data room. If you don’t remember your password, click the ‘lost your password’ link, enter your email address and you will receive a link by email to reset your password. If you don’t receive this within 10 minutes or you have trouble resetting your password, you can get in touch with us here. 

Once you’ve logged in successfully, you’ll see a list of options on the left as seen in the screenshot below. 

Change your payment details 

Click on ‘Subscriptions’, then ‘Change Payment’. You can then choose from the different available payment methods (depending on your plan) and follow the instructions. 

Cancel a subscription

Click on Subscriptions on the left hand side, click ‘View’ next to the relevant subscription. In the next screen, click ‘cancel subscription’. This will end the subscription at the next billing date, and a member of our team will be in touch with the next steps. Alternatively, you can email a member of the Projectfusion team to cancel your plan here. 

Change your billing address

Click ‘Addresses’ in the menu on the left, then select ‘Edit’ next to the address you wish to change. 

Change your billing password

Click ‘Account Details’ on the left, then follow the instructions to change your password. 

Change or update your VAT number

Click ‘VAT Number’ on the left, then enter or update your VAT number. Press ‘Save’ to save your changes.
