This article will explain how to add a second subscription to your plan without setting up another billing account.
The first step is to select the Projectfusion or safedrop subscription you’d like to add to your plan. When you reach the checkout screen, you’ll see the option to log in as a returning customer. Enter your email address, and the password you created when you set up your billing account.
Note, that this may be different than the password you use to log into your data room.
If you don’t remember your password, click the ‘lost your password link, enter your email address and you will receive a link by email to reset your password. If you don’t receive this within 10 minutes or you have trouble resetting your password, you can get in touch with us here.
Once you’re logged in, your details should autofill and you will be able to checkout using your preferred payment method. If you needed to reset your password, you’ll be taken to the My Account page. To checkout, you will need to go back to www.projectfusion.com/pricing-monthly for monthly plans or www.projectfusion.com/annual for annual plans.
